Opening your account

Step 1

Click on Sign Up and enter your information

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Country of residence
• Phone number

Choose a secure password you can remember, and confirm that

• You are not a US citizen 
• You agree to the Privacy Policy 
• You are at least 18 years old, and accept the company’s Terms & Conditions, KYC, AML and other legal documentation

Press Get Started to proceed, and you’ll be taken to the client area

Step 2

First, when you’re in the client area, head to the Account Info tab to complete your profile. Then go to the Documents tab to verify your account by submitting the following:

• Proof of identity

Legible, clear colour copy of valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, or both sides of your national ID card, showing an ID or passport number, your full name, your date of birth, an expiry date, and an issuing government or body

• Proof of payment

Clear copies of both sides of the card you will use to fund your account, showing your name, the expiration date, your signature on the back, and displaying only the last four digits of your card number (the other 12 and the CVV can be covered)

• Proof of address

Recent bill or bank statement, no older than 6 months, showing an issue date, the provider or bank logo, your full name, and your address 

Step 3

Go to Deposit to fund your account; select the MT4 ID of the account you’ve just opened, choose your preferred currency between EUR, USD and GBP, and then Submit. 

You can then choose from a credit card deposit (Visa and Mastercard) or opt to call a number and deposit via the phone. 

Once your deposit has gone through, head over to Trading Info to see your Balance.

Head back to the Dashboard and click on Trade to launch the WebTrader
